THE LOTUS BOX
THE LOTUS BOX
From Track to Street — The Lotus Box
"The Lotus Box" pop-up space brings Lotus's racing DNA to the city streets, offering consumers a mobile brand experience center.
The design of the creative pop-up "The Lotus Box" draws inspiration from the "Pit" (also known as the "Pit Box") in Formula 1—the service area where drivers make quick stops for adjustments during a race. It represents the ultimate fusion of speed, power, and technology, embodying the spirit of motorsport.
On the racetrack, due to the deafening roar of engines during competition, the clearer-sounding term "Box" is used over team radio instead of "Pit"—a practice that gives "The Lotus Box" its name.
"The Lotus Box" consists of two main elements: the central "Lotus Track" and the "Lotus Box" units on either side. Its modular layout provides high adaptability and reproducibility, allowing the pop-up to fit varying spatial conditions and extend into diverse scenarios. This creates a flexible, multifunctional interactive environment that delivers a rich offline experience for visitors.
Centered on the "Driver to Driver" philosophy, The Lotus Box translates the spirit of the track into physical space through scenographic storytelling and a modular layout designed for versatility. It communicates Lotus's pursuit of ultimate driving performance and crafts a fully immersive brand experience..
